Sealcoating
A sealcoat can be applied in many different ways, but there is only one right way for long-term durability. The first application by a squeegee machine fills the existing voids in the asphalt. Then, the second application, wearcoarse, is sprayed on to give protection from the harsh winters and snow removal. When these two applications are implemented correctly you are left with asphalt that will last for many years.
We only use commercial grade material that meets all Federal specifications.
Our sealer is not watered down.
Our sealer does include additives that increase the toughness and flexibility of the coating.
Our sealer includes silica sand to improve the skid resistance and durability.
We use on-site tank systems that provide agitation to the material, ensuring additives and sand stays suspended before and during the application.
